7. Refund Policy for Digital Products
No Refund Policy: All payments made for digital products (including courses) that are unlocked after purchase are non-refundable. Since these are digital goods that are accessible immediately upon successful payment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Inability to access the course due to technical issues on the participant's end (internet, device compatibility, etc.).
- Dissatisfaction with the content or materials provided.
- Accidental purchase or multiple purchases.
Exceptional Cases: If there is a major technical failure from our server side that prevents you from accessing the purchased content for more than 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.
